Cleanliness, service, location
It was charge double of what I had paid in the same hotel, ussually i paid 129.00 and in this occassion they charge me like double, and there was no particular activity in Madrid.

Balcony for one room (although not the other), great bathroom, large TV in lounge area.
Breakfast at 22 Euros each and 6.50 euros for a glass of beer is out of order compared to the many low cost bars and cafes n the area which we used instead. No coffee or tea facilities in room.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet, with delicious marmalade, was a highlight. The toilet had a sliding door that didn't fully close, and there was no daily sheet change during our six-night stay, disappointing. While parking outside was free during certain hours, the hotel's parking fee seemed excessive compared to that.
